There are several ways in which man can use water to make his life healthier. Every human must make it mandatory in his life that he should drink a minimum of two to three liters of water every day. Drinking water early morning immediately after brushing helps in keeping your body cool and activates all your internal organs to full strength. Early morning water also helps in keeping your stomach clean and healthy. All the unwanted materials inside the stomach are easily removed with the help of water. Drinking water once in an hour keeps your body sound and also keeps your mind refreshing. It also eases out tension and pressure from your mind. Drinking water sometimes also helps in dissolving the kidney stones. Water content in the body must be maintained to avoid the attack of strokes in our body.
Spinaches make your life greener
Spinach is one of the most nutritional vegetables which people often forget to include in their daily diet. Spinach is just the green leaf of certain plants herbs. These leaves can be consumed directly or else they can be consumed after boiling them in hot water. These greens can also be mixed with other vegetables during the cooking process and consumed. These green leaves provide a lot energy to the body directly and keeps us brisk through out the day. There is one caution that these greens should not be consumed during the passive part of the day i.e. During the late evenings or during the night time as they are a little complex in digestion process as a result of which you don’t get proper sleep. Including spinach in your diet makes it a complete one.

In this developed world people often confront with many diseases and disorders as they do with the latest technology in their daily life. All these can be prevented with the help of our legs. Its enough that if we spend twenty minutes with our legs. Brisk walking and jogging is all that I am talking about. Walking briskly for about twenty minutes daily helps in keeping health level s of your body at heights which can be untouched by any disease. It helps you in keeping your body fit by regulating the blood flow in different parts of your body. Brisk walking is only for elders, for youngsters jogging is preferred. Jogging helps in keeping all your muscles intact and develops them. While jogging even your breathing gets developed. But the brisk walking and jogging can yield good results only when it is practiced in fresh air and also at regular intervals. Even the unwanted fat in your body also gets reduced to a great extent.

Surya namaskar is a stretched posture of the body which is maintained by the body in front of the sun.
